2019

— Multi-phase delivery

Dargavel Village · Stewart Milne Homes

Senior site management of Phase 1 and Phase 2 at Dargavel Village (~81 units), leading teams of roughly 150 subcontractors. The development went on to win "Best Large Housing Development".

2021

— Contracts management

Bellway Homes · seven concurrent sites

Contracts Manager overseeing seven concurrent 5-star new-build sites across West Scotland, from 40–50 dwellings up to roughly 300 per site. Put pandemic-era safe working practices in place across the portfolio.

2022

— Council programmes

McTear Construction · refits & fit-outs

Project Manager across council residential and commercial refit programmes from £500k to £3M each. Led the practice's joining of the Considerate Contractors Scheme through its inspection and audit process.

2023

— Large-scale housing

Irvine Family Housing · Springfield Properties

Senior Site Manager on a 126-dwelling family housing development in Irvine. £26M programme, with full HSE compliance and direct contractor recruitment, vetting and coordination.

2024

— Commercial fit-out

Nike Store Refit · Muir Commercial

15,000 sqft retail refit at Straiton on a tight trading-deadline programme. Two direct reports and 25 contractors managed against a £4M budget. Opened to programme.

2025

— Renewable energy

ESM Power · four BESS sites

Senior Site Manager across Braco (10MW), Orchard Bank (10MW), Cedar (28MW) and Loudwater (40MW) — 88MW combined capacity, delivered with Canadian Solar, Noah and Catel.
