15,000 sqft retail fit-out · Straiton · £4M programme
A full refit of a 15,000 sqft Nike retail store at Straiton, delivered for Muir Commercial Construction inside a tight trading-deadline programme. The project ran from November 2023 through to opening in January 2024.
Day-to-day management of two direct reports and 25 contractors across the build, with cost control against a £4M budget, contractor vetting and licensing, and rigorous compliance with site health and safety throughout. The fit-out opened to programme.
