Senior Site Manager on a 126-dwelling family housing development for Springfield Properties plc — joined as a headhunted appointment by the Contracts Manager to lead the build.
Day-to-day accountability for contractor recruitment (with full credential and right-to-work vetting), control of building and material costs against a £26M budget, and coordination of supply-chain and procurement processes against tight programme needs. Facilitated successful Health and Safety Executive (HSE) inspector visits throughout, and responded promptly to site issues with practical solutions to prevent programme delays.
