Senior Site Manager across four grid-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) sites for ESM Power Ltd, delivered in succession from February 2024 through to March 2025. Combined capacity of 88MW across the portfolio.

- Cedar — 28MW · with Noah and Catel
- Loudwater — 40MW · with Noah and Catel
Each site managed from conception to completion alongside design architects and technical teams: leading site personnel, civil contractors and electrical engineers; chairing daily and weekly health & safety, build progress and stakeholder meetings; submitting commissions and ITPs on time; controlling plant, labour and materials costs; and maintaining strict compliance with current safety legislation across every site.
