Senior site management of Phase 1 (20 units) and Phase 2 (61 units) at Dargavel Village, a large family housing development in Bishopton for Stewart Milne Homes. The development went on to win "Best Large Housing Development" — recognising the standard achieved across construction, layout and finish.
Day-to-day responsibility for sequencing the site, coordinating roughly 150 subcontractor tradespeople, controlling build costs against programme, and maintaining a strong site presence through to handover of every plot.
